Job Description and Requirements
We offer you a position where you will be: Utilize sales calls, field visits and individual or group meetings and telephone contacts to: Educate and develop distributors and/or their employees [or Medtronic employees] in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goal pursuits. Coordinate and implement sales and service among HCPs; • Focusing on new business growth in a central zone. • Provide technical support to the customers in Angio-suite, cath labs and/or clinics • Establishing and maintaining excellent business relations with the health care professionals (HCPs) and authorized distributors in the area. • Visiting customers in frequent basis to maintain good relation and service. • Gaining confidence and respect of the customer in the name of Medtronic company. • Coordinating and initiating company resources to produce ideal solutions to meet customer’s needs. • Maintain all kinds of promotional activities in the region in coordination with regional marketing responsible. • Achieve and exceed the targets for his/her area as per; customer satisfaction, promotions of new products/procedures, patient reach and improve profitability. • Preparing and submitting regular sales activity, sales and forecast reports to line manager. • HCPs activities and training arrangements, coordination and follow-up in the area • Conducting the authorized distributor in the area for the sales and marketing activities and for customer visits. • Implement and follow up regional marketing strategies. • Works in cooperation with his team colleagues in APV unit. • Cooperation with all cross-function units in Medtronic. • To be aligned and committed for Annual operational plan (AOP) for APV unit.
Must Haves • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or Technical departments (such as Biomedical, E &E;, Chemistry, Biology, Nursing, Nutrition ... etc.). • Strong communication skills in English (Verbal & written). • Effective skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet search engine. • Ability to discuss clinical and health economic information’s with HCPs. • Min 3 years of experience in Medical sales field • Strong communication with interpersonal skills. Nice to Haves • Good business acumen in Interventional peripheral field
