Our Client: One of the leading insurance brokers in the UAE. Your Role: You will be responsible in acquiring new business leads and sales for the company. You will be doing the planning and overseeing of new marketing initiatives, researching of new organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Develop quotes and proposals for the clients, maintaining relationship for the existing clients. You will be expected to train personnel and help team members develop their skills. Managing Expectations: At Mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels. Exceptional results can only be delivered when we understand both our key stakeholders clients and candidates. Keeping this in mind we would request that when applying for a role do take cognizance of the “must haves” to avoid disappointment. المهارات
Must Have: Bachelor’s degree or anything related to Sales/ Marketing field. With previous experience of 3-5 years in the insurance or broker sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Must know how to speak Arabic & English Language. Transferrable Iqama is a must.
