• Minimum 14 years of experience in power transmission involved in asset defines and documents business IT functionalities.
• Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify, define and document IT business needs and objectives.
• Analyses the feasibility of and develops requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Track and fully documents changes for IT functional specifications.
• Plans, organizes and conducts improvements projects and / or managements reviews of IT tools systems.
• Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring and coaching professional and technical staff.
• Provides work direction to one or more junior profiles staff or acts as a team lead on designation projects or assignments
