Key Responsibilities Develop tools and systems, including budgeting and business planning processes, to provide critical financial information and strategic recommendations to the CEO, the Board of Directors and Board committees, and make actionable recommendations on strategy and operations
Develop and implement reporting package tools to provide timely and reliable financial information to the shareholders and the Board of Directors
Design a financial strategy that optimizes the Company’s capital structure, ensuring the best use of internal and external sources of cash in light of the capital requirements of the Company
Conduct proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on cost controls and management of working capital
Ensure the full implementation and monitoring of the ERP system, enabling the optimization of inventory levels and operational costs
Develop investment plans to support the long-term growth of the Company and carry out feasibility studies to assess the viability of these investment plans
Engage in execution of organic and non-organic growth initiatives, including potential M&A;activity through evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration of potential M&A;candidates
المهارات
Knowledge Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
10 years of broad finance experience
Experience working in the finance function for a foodservice or consumer-related chain.
Essential to have experience with rapidly expanding groups
Exceptional leadership and management skills including the ability to inspire others
Preferably work experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
