Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. We believe your high qualification and passion can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. This position is based in Riyadh and directly reports to the Area Sales Manager. Duties and responsibilities:
Introduce, promote and sell Protective paints to key customers by conducting regular visits, maintaining good relationships and obtaining market information in order to increase Jotun market share.  Build strong customer relationships and handle assigned projects by following up closely with customers and responding to enquiries in an efficient manner to ensure Jotun’s products are used and to achieve sales budget.
Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service and Finance) by following up on the timely delivery of paint, specification modifications and credit approvals in order to provide an outstanding customer service.  Monitor and follow up with customers on proper pricing and customer selection to achieve targeted sales budget, DSO and gross margin.
Monitor projects progress closely with customers and contractors by resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial) as well as inspecting painting progress in order to ensure project completion on agreed time and to obtain optimum coating performance.

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program)
You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience
You are between 23-30 years old You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
