Job Location: Riyadh:
Mode Hire: Outsourcing- Flint
Responsibilities includes Smart Services solution development initiatives through activities including, but not limited to high level design, solution architecture, solution cost/effort estimations, customer workshops, stakeholders meetings etc. Additionally, working with a global team of architects, you will be expected to collaborate and contribute to the development of the practice with other Cisco Networking/ IOT architects, and Eco-system partners located right around the world.
• Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders, and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
• Capture and manage the functional and non-functional requirements by using industry best practices, and create interface specifications.
• Acting as an owner of the functional specification, the solution architect drives the team to achieve consensus about the concept and design of the solution between all roles, and justifies the agreed approach to the program stakeholders and management.
• Specifies & designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the design of architecture, to meet customer needs in smart cities perspective.
المهارات
• 10 to 15 years of experience working with or within smart buildings/ communities or cities
• Must have experience in conceptualization, design and implementation of Solution Architecture for at least 3 large scale system integration projects in Smart City / IOT / Smart Building domains in the last 5 years.
• Experience of working with 3rd Party suppliers
• Strong design and documentation skills, strong customer presence and communications skills
• Should have 5+ years of previous experience in:
• Smart City Consulting
• Pre-Sales based Proposal Development
• RFP Development/Response Process Experience
• Project Delivery Effort/Cost Estimation
• Leading customer workshops
• Degree educated, preferably with an Engineering or Computer Science (BEng, BSc) undergraduate.
Able to travel up to 30% of the time, driven largely by the customer meetings and workshops
