Managing a team of MEP engineers, supervising Testing and Commissioning process, including T&C;Plan, procedures, check lists, test before and on completion. Reviewing test results. Following the progress on site and managing meetings with contractor and subcontractors. Systems Integration Test with BACs and Fire Detection Systems. Preparing documentation for Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) Inspections.
Revision of Operation and Maintenance Plan and Manuals. Training Plan for the client, training manuals and presentations for the curses.
Overall Technical (MEP systems) responsibility for profitable delivery of the projects in accordance with contractual requirements. Technical and Finance Control.
Assisting top management with all MEP related business, financial and commercial issues.
Assisting top management with the tender process. Coordinating with the construction manager the activities of the design consultancy bidders, other construction consultants and installation bidders.
Participating in bidding documents preparation process and technical specifications for technical systems.
Assisting the Client with the design and approval of all technical systems.
Approving subcontractors.
Ensuring correct resource levels including labour, materials and plant are available at all relevant times to ensure economic progress is maintained in accordance with contractual obligations.
Supervising the procurement of the major MEP equipment.
Supervising all health and safety issues, method statements and work permits.
Maintaining realistic project schedule within the required time frame.
المهارات
Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
English: Excellent level
Experience 2 years for Saudi candidates
