Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics Expert

Job Description and Requirements
As the successful candidate, you should hold a PhD degree in Materials Science, Polymers Science, or Chemistry from a recognized and approved program.

You will have at least 15 years of industrial or academic experience, including at least 10 years of experience working on composite materials within an industrial context.

You must have a record of patents and/or publications in recognized international peer-reviewed journals, as well as noticeable experience in business planning and techno-economic evaluations. Outstanding communication skills in English are a requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Develop and implement new disruptive research programs to expand scientific knowledge of Saudi Aramco on nonmetallic, leading to faster new product and technology developments for the Oil & Gas industry and beyond.
Lead interdisciplinary teams to support ongoing Saudi Aramco transformational technology through the development of carbon fibers and carbon fiber-reinforced plastics-based technologies.
