Job Description and Requirements You must have at least 5 years of experience working as an executive coach. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position. You are able to demonstrate a deep understanding of coaching concepts and their practical application in the workplace and have a minimum Coach Certification at ACC level (or equivalent). Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate a deep theoretical understanding and practical experience of deploying a range of cognitive and behavioral change methodologies to help drive transactional and transformational change. Utilize a range of assessment tools such as work style questionnaires, business simulations, multi-rater feedback instruments (360s), and self-assessment inventories. Provide thought leadership, advice, and expertise to business lines on matters relating to coaching trends and coaching best practices. |
