Role: Scrum Master Location: Riyadh, KSA
Job Description Our client, a leading creative organization focusing on smart digital solutions for enterprise businesses and government organizations, is looking for a Scrum Master to one of their government projects.  • You will be Conducting all scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective and sprint reviews.  • Address obstacles and develop risk mitigation plans for maximum efficiency and effectiveness • Provide appropriate oversight on the team’s progress and priorities to ensure delivery of sprint goal is met while ensuring that all scrum activities are tracked, kept up-to-date
المهارات
The Applicant • BS in Computer Science or any related academic field • Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills to deliver required results • Must possess great command of both English and Arabic verbal and written skills • Must be strong on the process side – project management / scrum • Deadline driven, flexible and adaptable • Must perform well under pressure • Ideally Scrum Certified • Ideally experienced working with large government clients
