Job Description and Requirements + May lead the development of training programs for a particular group (i.e. Health, Safety & Environment, Saudi Fresh-Graduate and Junior Engineers, etc....). + May lead or support organizational development tasks, planning and reporting + Manages project timelines for each course developed to ensure it is completed on-time and within the budget. + Supports other team members with the completion of their projects. + Develops student and instructor guides for various training programs. + Works with subject matter experts to develop courses. + Delivers training through web seminars or classroom training. + Works independently under limited supervision.
