Senior Planning Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Understand work scope, and familiar with BOQ mapping system.
Familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement and construction disciplines.
Set up the WBS (and EPS or OBS where appropriate).
Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure.
Perform planning functions for preparing Bid schedules and Project schedules.
Develop the schedule, including resources and costs if required.
Set the baseline program for mega projects
Maintain and progress the schedule.
Report on the time aspects of the project.
Create S-curves, resource histograms and analyses.
Perform critical path analysis.
Administer schedule and baseline changes through logs and registers.
Maintain event-logs and issue-logs.
Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly and monthly.
Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern.
Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives.
Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.
Develop and update weekly/monthly Reports and managing presentations with dash board.
Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule.
Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
A proven knowledge and experience in contractual matters.
Experienced in dealing with EOT claims and delay analysis techniques
المهارات
Fluent English communication skill is a MUST.
Primavera P6 practice experience not less than 7 years is a MUST.
Leadership skills has to be proven.
Delay Analysis experience is mandatory.
