Oversee all current medical centers operation and management across MENA region
Responsible in centers operation management, staff selection and recruitment, development and management
Achieving financial KPIs and operational targets
Manage centers financial, cash and stock management
Compliance and communication with Ministry of Health rules and regulations, Labor Law, Civil Defense and other government requirement
Ensure customer satisfaction and top of class customer experience

POSITION: Operations Manager
SALARY:  up 7,900 USD all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Orthopedic Spine Center
LOCATION:  Riyadh, KSA and Manama, Bahrain
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Arabic nationals, preferably Saudi and Bahraini
Male, 50 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Medical Degree and board certification in family medicine or any relevant course
At least 15 years of experience in Medical Center, Hospital and Clinic setting
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in running and managing medical center and/or clinic operations
KSA experience in a medical sector is a key advantage
Start up experience in new clinics and medical centers is a plus
With strong communication and analytical skills
