Install, operate, maintain and repair Refrigeration Equipment by using the correct procedures based on the manuals provided for each equipment to ensure all Refrigeration’s component and parts are in its best condition at all times.
Install, operate, maintain and repair Controls and Devices associated with Refrigeration Equipment and Air Conditioning Systems by using the correct procedures based on the manuals provided for each equipment to ensure they are running without issues at all time.
Operate various Measuring and Testing Instruments for Refrigeration Equipment and Components to complete tasks assigned by the Refrigerant Engineer/Maintenance Manager.
Requisition Spares and Consumables for repair and maintenance work, select appropriate replacement parts and trouble shoot problems for Refrigeration Equipment and Components by using the correct procedures based on the manuals provided for each equipment to eliminate breakdown for the Refrigeration Operations.
Read Blueprints, PID Drawings and Control Diagrams of Refrigeration Systems to assist and plan for trouble shooting if needed.
Perform Welding, Brazing, Soldering, Pipe Fitting of Refrigeration Equipment and Components to fix any issues that might be encountered on daily operations.
المهارات
*Job Requirements:
Strong Knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration plants, preferably in the food industry environment or 3PLL
Good knowledge and experience of Sabro, Unisab III, SCADA, PLC and BMS
Previous experience in Big or Mega plant projects is preferred.
