Account Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
Scope of Work:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relations with clients within his designated zone/industry to ensure meeting and exceeding set KPIs.
Job Description:
• Create detailed sales business plans
• Research and identify prospects and new business leads
• Identify new sales opportunities
• Make proper presentations for new/existing clients and negotiate and close sales deals as per the set goals.
• Provide superior customer service and after sales support.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client/merchant success and satisfaction
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs
• Work autonomously on increasing his/her number of clients through on-going prospecting of new prospects.
• Suggest and plan special operations and creative ideas with Category Manager.
• Maintaining relationships with the existing customer base through office visits meetings, check-up calls, or follow-up emails
المهارات
• Must have at least High School Diploma, Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in field of sales.
• Must have a valid driving license and his/her own vehicle.
• Strong in communication skills, both oral and written in Arabic
• Both male and female are welcome to apply.
