we are recruiting Sales Residential Compound Manager who will be responsible for that compound The compound has apartments with swimming pools, coffee shop, gyms, and other facilities .The candidate should have management experience in :“-
Attracts tenants; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
hhandling the the concerns of leasing and rental tenants.
Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate.
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Manage and administer all social public housing programs, services and properties in order to ensure they are delivered and maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
Build relationships and liaise with other organizations

Essential Requirements·
Minimum 5 years in a similar position, Should have working experience within Real Estate and Leasing residential compounds
