Finance Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Oversee financial well being of the organization, treasury, economic strategy, growth plans and financial forecasting functions of the company.
Specific Job Description
1. Define and manage corporate policies and procedures on financial activities in conformity with the generally accepted set of accounting principles in Saudi Arabia.
2. Lead the effort in the planning and preparation of the annual budget.
3. Formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the board.
4. Prepare financial reports, including P&L;, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc. and related analyses in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
5. Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial forecasting for other ventures of or being considered by the company.
6. Coordinate preparation of external and internal audits and ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
7. Perform other related duties which may be assigned.

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
2. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
