Ø Perform patrolling of the parking areas
Ø Identify any issues that would be faced by the customers on pro-active basis
Ø Assist customers with any issues in finding their vehicles or ticketing issues, etc.
Ø Traffic management in event of congestion
Ø Provide emergency support to drivers, like: Tire repair/Jump starting, etc.
Ø Monitor disabled parking spaces for legitimate usage
Ø Help customers with lost or unreadable tickets
Ø Identify and report any abandoned vehicles to the helpdesk for further action
Ø Identify and report any security issues to the helpdesk for further action
Helping customers with parking of vehicles if required
المهارات
Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience working as customer assistant
Ø Education: High School Diploma
Ø Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts
Ø Ability to work well under minimal supervision
Ø Capacity to take direction
Ø Strong attention to detail
Ø Physically capable of lifting and moving objects
Ø Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge
Ø Driving license compulsory
Should be able to write, read and speak English Language
Organization Will provide following training as part of On-boarding & Orientation program:
Ø EHS Awareness
Ø Safe Driver Training
Ø Customer assistance related training
Job specific technical trainings as per requirement
