الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:  o Assumes administrative and clinical responsibility for the management of her designated units.
o Utilizes the nursing process, develops, implements and evaluates standards of patient care on an ongoing basis
o Act as a clinical resource for direct patient care
o Coordinates patient placement for optimum utilization of OR beds / rooms, based on patient needs and infection control principles
o Responsible for completing the Operating Room Schedules
o Ensure patient’s safety and rights are upheld
o Develops, coordinates and ensures performance imrpvement activities. Is supportive of the Nursing Department and the hospital’s Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (CQI&PS;) program
o Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of her knowledge, skills and abilities at the request of Director of Nursing.
المهارات
o Five years continuous OR-RR experience in a large acute general hospital
o Three years work experience as a Head Nurse of OR-RR
o Current working knowledge of acute area to which assigned
o Proficient with computer programs
o Good problem-solving skills Education:
