الوصف الوظيفي
Control, inspect and receive Products & Packaging.
− Inspect the minimum and maximum level of stockpile.
− Coordinate with purchasing section to confirm orders.
− Propose scientific system of store keeping.
− Coding items and storing of them in computer.
− Organizing hand over of Products & Pancaking.
− Point out unused, repair & damage stockpile to take necessary action.
− Prepare periodic reports & working on ERP system
− Ensure all items in the warehouse are kept safe and secure.
− Classify all items & ensure their optimal level of stock (not high & not low) by classifying them into valued items & normal items
− Follow-up & coordinate with retail dept. & purchasing dept. to have optimum level of stock for each one.
− Every year check with retail dept. for yearly requirement for these items and act accordingly.
المهارات
- Experience 5 years in retail companies in KSA
− Very good in English Languages
