فني توزيع قطع غيار / Maintenance Spare Parts Distribution Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:  Responsible for storing all spare parts, test equipment and tools required for the day-to-day running of Maintenance Administration. Maintains stock in good condition, taking such action if required to prevent deterioration. Issues parts and materials upon presentation of work order by the technician. Sees to it that all issued spare parts and materials are properly recorded and stock number properly written in the work order. Responsible for the receipt and storage of all delivered parts and materials. Sees to it that spare parts received were properly verified for its correctness and quantity. Maintains a central filing system of all related documents such as PRs, CER, Work Orders, Tools Issuance Record, etc. Ensures that inventory is kept up to agreed level by implementing ordering procedures in due time to replenish stock and avoid shortages. Issues tools and test equipments to technicians and sees to it that they are properly recorded. Check tools and test equipment returned by technicians. Transmits and collects pertinent documents in and out of the Maintenance Stores. Carries out physical stock take every year-end as required by the Program. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Maintenance Stores. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities in all sites belonging to the Armed Forces Hospitals - Taif Region as required by the Maintenance Store Supervisor.
المهارات
Familiarity with filing. Computer skills. Knowledge in forklift driving. Proficiency in English language (reading, writing & speaking) well enough to communicate, respond and understand work instructions.
