Duties and Responsibilities: Understands the basics operations of computers and peripheral devices.  Doing service support & trouble shooting to end-users. Carries out service delivery & installation & testing of new hardware to end- user. Following up the incidents tickets in the help desk system & recording the updates. Working as team-work beside Network Technicians, System Operators, and Programming and Application support to assisting the end-users. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
A+ Certified N+ Certified English Language in written and spoken.
