Duties and Responsibilities:  Carrying out project site surveying, and architectural drawing of multistory hospital buildings, storage warehouse and preparing complete sets of mechanical drawings and electrical drawing plans.
Carrying out planning and architectural design of multi-story hospital building, warehouse,
Preparing complete set of detailed architectural drawing plans of multi-story hospital buildings and other structure as well as mechanical drawing and electrical drawing plans using AUTO CAD and other related architectural design software to show all specifications and complete equipment schedule and sections
To gather field data and other information requirements, engineering calculations and sizing for all architectural building design and plans and mechanical and electrical drawing plans.
Coordinates with the Architectural designer for any additional information and data in concern with the projects.
Produces initial survey work in connection with the above in coordination with Design Engineers and Architectural designer.
Produces quantity surveys for schemes and modifications.
Provide assistance to the Architectural Designer to maintain an up-to-date site plan and drawing set for programme properties.
Provide assistance to the Architectural Designer to Maintain an accurate drawing filing system.
المهارات
To show all completed drawing projects in architectural, mechanical and electrical system. Has pleasing personality and able to come along with superior and other team of the projects.  Fluent in English both in written and spoken With full exposure in building and structural design preparation of drawings as well as mechanical and electrical drawing
