Duties and Responsibilities: Inputting of ticket request related data ensuring its accuracy and compliance with the terms and condition. Ensure that all necessary paperwork regarding travel request orders are complete (i.e. copy of contracts, leave requests, exit or exit/re-entry visa, employee ticket status, copy of iqama). Responsible in maintaining employee’s personal files. To provide necessary assistance to new arrivals during their first few days (e.g. obtaining uniforms, gate pass, cash advance, etc.). To assist in all facets of Human Resources Department. Liaising closely with other staff in the department to encourage a team spirit. Carrying out any project or other work required by the HR Director or his assigned deputies. Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt with in the Human Resources Department.
المهارات
The Assistant Human Resources Specialist will be capable of performing under pressure, be highly organized and above all, will be able to demonstrate a degree of professionalism befitting the department in which he/she works. Computer experience i.e. Word, Excel, etc. Experience within a health care environment desirable. Previous foreign work/travel experience desirable.
