Participate in the development of strategies and objectives of the department
Ensure the implementation of the department’s overall strategy and business plan
Ensure the implementation of the department’s policies and procedures
Manage delegated budgets
Liaise with other Managers under the Corporate Development division, as needed
Develop high-level marketing policies, procedures, and overall guidelines for the company and its subsidiaries, and ensure compliance
Develop marketing and communication strategies aimed at promoting the company’s services and initiatives
Develop an annual consolidated marketing plan by coordinating with the relevant divisions and subsidiaries
Manage transactional marketing activities
Enhance business focus on travelers as the company’s main customer segment, and capitalize on existing customer base to provide value-added services
Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing operational plans, activities and campaigns in order to increase brand awareness in alignment with the firm’s Branding and Public Relations strategy
Manage the CRM system and ensure that the relevant analysis is made before and after a marketing campaign
Identify possible value-added services and products to offer customers based on CRM analytics, customer purchasing patterns and needs
Lead communications with advertising agencies for the development of advertisements
Develop compelling approaches in reaching out to the public and identify key local, regional, and international media outlets and build strong working relationships
Review the content for speeches, brochures, advertising campaigns, media briefings, press releases, internal newsletters and other external publications, and provide recommendations when needed
Ensure that all marketing materials comply with the company’s branding guidelines
Oversee promotions and campaigns activities and take necessary actions to improve process, content, messages, etc. to obtain desired outcomes
Manage the performance of the Marketing Specialists and CRM Specialists, and assume responsibility of their development, includes performance review and development plans
المهارات
Bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant field is a plu
8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail business
Excellent computer proficiency
Fluent in Arabic and English
