الوصف الوظيفي
· Preparation of developing the new hotel management and system
· Responsible for the pre‐opening and opening following quality standards
· Recruiting a new hotel team; while developing the team and departments
· Verifying that the best products and service are used in the hotel operation on a regular basis
· Ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction targets are met
· Acting as Senior Manager on Duty for the hotel as scheduled
· Ensuring that each operation is accounted for separately as an individual profit center, the Department Head is fully accountable for its profitability and the operational budget strictly adhered to
· Assisting the Finance team to prepare monthly forecasts
· Staying up-to-date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized
· Controlling expenses and recommend and implement measures to control them
· Prepare the yearly marketing plan
· Ensuring that an effective marketing approach is applied to all operations
· Ensure full understanding of the market needs and desires for each operation and ensure that the hotel team develops the relevant products
· Be available to meet with guests and assist Department Heads in responding to guest complaints in a timely and empathic manner
· Closely monitoring guest feedback; communicating feedback results and making recommendations for improvement
المهارات
· Not less than 10 years of experience in international 5-star hotels, such as Hilton, Sheraton, Four Seasons, Holiday Inn or Meridian.
· A strong understanding of hotel operations and administration
· Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and calculating results in a similar hotel size
· Must have exceptional sales, pricing, and revenue management
· You must have a strong sales and marketing background with proven experience in strategic innovation
· Be able to influence, negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders
· It is essential that you have strong leadership and communication skills, to train, develop and motivate team members at all levels and diverse backgrounds
· Computer literate
