Negotiating, analyzing, preparing and revising contracts. The contracts may involve the sale or purchase of services or products such as supplies, equipment, materials and other items.
1-Provides responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.
2-Prepares Contracts for distribution to Consultants / Contractors / vendors.
3-Develops a set of standard contracts for the company.
4-Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
5-Ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6-Develops & implements procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
7-Review sub-contracts for adherence to Prime Contract Agreements.
8-Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers & other staff, as needed, including training in contracting practices & procedures.
9-Maintains contractual records and documentation.
10-Monitors the performance of each signed contract.
11-Develops Contract Templates together with legal services.
12-Reviews all requests for change, change orders & amendments to contracts.
13-Reviews & provides recommendations for all contract related claims investigations.
14-Maintains a computer database for the company’s contract management system.
15-Conducts analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business.
16-Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
17-Ensures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives.
18-Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts.
19-Identifies potential improvements to existing policies.
20-Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management.
21-Conducts special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
· Possesses a working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
· Has knowledge of international contract law.
· Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
· Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills.
· Displays exceptional management skills.
· Has excellent technological knowledge and abilities.
· Possesses extensive knowledge of local laws, regulations and codes.
Education & Professional Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
· Experience in contract preparation and management.
Other Knowledge and Skills
· Proficiency in both English and Arabic Languages
