·Working as the first line of support for NADEC Fusion application technically
·A primary point of contact for NADEC business team, you are responsible for facilitating the resolution of their technical issues with Oracle teams and own the issues escalations, if needed.
·Working as a 80% technical and 20% Functional who is techno-functional consultant to provide advice and assistance to internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM and SCM
·Provide training to the end users as per the need
·Present and configure the new functionalities to the business for each new release related to the Fusion SaaS
· Work as a change agent to help NADEC adopt the new system; which includes change management activities in terms of preparing presentation, conduct awareness session, and help project manager(s) in achieving the various projects’ goals
·Develop the required reports and dashboards needed by the business
Participate in any project activities related to HCM/SCM/Financials; such as Data gathering, Configuration, Testing, Training, Data migration, and Transition activities to the production.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
-5 to 8 years of experience on in Oracle Fusion ERP R12 and R13 with specialty focus on SCM
-Experience of building reports and dashboards on OTBI, financial studio, Oracle Analytics Cloud and BI Publisher.
-Implementation experience and being involved in at least 4 to 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
-Extensive experience in goods services industry; mainly Food and Agriculture (Manufacturing, Order management, Procurement, Purchasing, Costing and Planning Central, WMS and Transportation management) and with a scope (complex, international, multi-currency and multi-organization implementations) with potential role in SCM modules.
-Good command and mandatorily worked on SCM Planning, S&OP;Planning, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Demand Planning, WMS
- Attain overall deep expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, system configuration/architecture and points of integration with other modules/applications.
-Able to do Techno-Functional
- Application testing change and release management discipline.
- Able to conduct the training sessions for each functionality for the end users
-Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, analytics, documentation and priorities/critical path activities
-Certified implementation Specialist is preferred
-Fluent in English and Arabic
-Form 16 is must
-Having the “Do” attitude to meet the deadlines in a competitive and demanding environment
-Team player and speaks the business language
