Responsibilities:
Provision and configure an array of telematic devices.
Audit and check devices to confirm the status of repair required and or if defective return to the manufacturer.
Support installation and maintenance schedules of the GPS Technicians Riyad, Jeddah and Dammam.
Support the GPS Technician on reinstallation support in the KSA.
Add, edit, and merge account and devices on to the system (what is the system).
Verify the functionality of the devices irrespective of brand, type, make and model.
Create, update and maintain implementation logs and sheets.
Create, update and maintain troubleshooting document (Cheat Code).
Support new projects for small, medium and large clients.
Support clients with technical issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and generate varied reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for all types of clients.
Coordinate issues, request/s, enhancement, on the Software and amp and through the hardware provider.
Understand all type of sensor, wiring and its respective functions.
Support & amp; configure all type of sensor such as fuel, PTO and relays.
Understand schematic diagram &and are able to follow instruction manuals thoroughly.
Create, update and maintain tickets, ERP and company internal folder/s.
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
المهارات
The ideal candidate is someone with 3 years of University experience in the field of computer engineering, electrical and or electronics engineering.
Must be able to demonstrate key learning skills on the job to resolve GPS Tracking and or software enabled with the functionality.
Must be a team player and maintain a positive working relationship with other employees and be able to work independently with minimal supervision, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
MUST speak English and Arabic fluently and have a transferable iqama.
