KRAs
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Maintain pay plan and benefits program in accordance with the current standards
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
· Implement the HR, Talent Management and People strategies aligned to the business objectives.
· Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
· Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high performance environment.
· Partner the management team to project manage organizational and procedural changes within the business area.
· Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).
· Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
· Liaise with Directors and Managers to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy.
· Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, before providing suitable interpretation to Directors and Managers
· Provide timely communication, relevant forms, policies and procedures to ensure accessibility for employees at all times.
· To support business partners facilitate as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances.
· To manage the events like service rewards, employee recognitions and ensure employees are notified of qualifying rewards.
· Manage employee engagements and other surveys to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.

Required Experience
· Proven working experience as an HR manager within the construction domain
· People oriented and results driven
· Demonstrable experience within the human resources metrics
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of local labour law and HR practices.
Qualification:
· Degree/Similar qualifications in Human Resources
