HR DIRECTOR

Job Description and Requirements
Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
At least 10 years experience
5 years experience in HR Management up to Director level roles
Should have strong experience in Setting up an HR department including creating policies/ procedures, strategy and structure
Should have experience in IT companies/ Tech services/ Online, digital, financial services
Open to Saudi nationals in KSA now – male & female, in Riyadh now. Should be able to join immediately

Salary/Compensation

Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is around 40k SAR per month total package
