INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities

Design, implementation, migration and maintenance of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, Clustering and Terminal Services.
Microsoft Exchange Server Administration
Create and manage mailboxes, distribution lists, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosis all issues relating to Exchange server environment.
Maintain Windows File Servers shares and permissions.
Perform regular monitoring and maintenance of data center Windows servers, Hyper-V infrastructure, and hosted VMs.
Perform root cause analysis, resolves problems and recommends solutions.
Work towards providing a fully redundant high availability infrastructure at all times.
Ensure backup/recovery plans are tested regularly, and backup/recovery procedures are implemented.
Perform troubleshooting/issue resolution, escalates issues to appropriate 3rd party vendor if needed.
Good knowledge on SCCM tool for Patch Management and Package Distribution.
Respond to and participate in resolution of endpoint security compromises, malware, vulnerabilities and zero-day attacks.
ITIL Process knowledge (Problem, Incident, Change Management).
Performs architecture governance, infrastructure design and configuration

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years experience
At least 3 years experience as a System Engineer
Must have experience in Logistics/ Ports/ Shipping/ Freight
Comprehensive understanding of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information management.
Microsoft MCSA / MCSE in Server Infrastructure
Microsoft MCSE/MCSA in Exchange 2013 or later.
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V 2012 virtualization technology.
Knowledge and experience with basic security measures and requirements.
Open to all nationals in KSA now with Transf Iqama. Preferably based in Eastern Prov now

Salary/Compensation

Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is around 8k SAR per month base salary
