Prepare a BD plan by considering Insights’ services segments and Saudi Arabia’s market
Provide a comprehensive competitor’s analysis including their clientele, offerings, strengths & weaknesses and suggest competitive strategy to increase market share of the company
Collaborate with Partners in setting monthly, quarterly and yearly Revenue Targets along with related KPIs
Developing innovative value propositions and new services as per the market needs by utilizing available digital marketing and direct marketing tools
Develop a good understanding of the offered services (product knowledge), advise and train BD team
Identify C-level decision makers at targeted clients and approach them as per BD Plan
Identify the targeted segment for Insights services and evaluate them as per their expected potential
Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locate business deals from potential clients
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the BD team and manage the BD plan accordingly
Develop, maintain and execute BD plan for BD executives by considering their areas of strength
Set individual BD targets with BD team
Use digital marketing (Google Ad words, Social Media, Blogs etc.) and other BD tools to support direct marketing efforts by BD executives
Delegate responsibility for Key accounts to BD executives
Co-ordinate BD action plans for each team member
Provide on-the-ground support for BD Executives as they generate leads and close new deals
Oversee the activities and performance of the BD team regularly
Ensure BD team have the necessary resources to perform their job properly
Monitor the achievement of BD set targets by the BD team and evaluate their performance
Plan and direct BD team trainings
Investigate lost business leads and customer accounts
Continually develop “Insights” brand and build increasing awareness in the marketplace
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals
Maintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition
Continuously develop and manage relationships with existing & potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
Responsible for building clients’ portfolio for recurring business opportunities
Improve organization reputation in the market by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Manage and mentor BD team in order to achieve set targets and goals
Leadership and management of the BD, marketing and customer relations, fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interaction with other teams in the organization
Responsible for motivating and advising BD executives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new BD staff as and when required
المهارات
Master’s degree in marketing or business administration from a known university.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Business Development Department preferably in a “SERVICES OFFERING COMPANY”.
Ability to meet revenue targets while developing insights into a fast-growing business, working with high-profile corporate clients.
Strong pipeline management skills; from prospecting new clients through to closing deals.
Good experience of managing and directing BD team.
Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation
Computer literacy including knowledge, experience and competence of CRM application.
Proficient in data collection and analysis
Strong communication and inter personnel skills for interacting with C-level executives of clients
Proactive and self starter with ability and desire to improve effectiveness
Fluent in English and Arabic (is a plus)
