We are looking for a ‘City Launcher’ in Riyadh, KSA.
Fleet management
• Develop and optimize processes (i.e. scooter assembly & repairs) to allow Marti Scooters KSA to operate and grow efficiently
• Wear different duty hats and emulate different positions when it is needed
Customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention metrics
• Identify local user needs and proactively search for new features which could improve rider experience in KSA market
Business development
• Vendor and channel partners management (e.g. local suppliers & business partners like manpower companies, warehouse contractors, car rental agencies etc.)
• Execution of local marketing and partnership strategies
• Co-develop and drive the strategic direction for Marti Scooters KSA and own a full roadmap of initiatives to drive growth and increase engagement
