• The main purpose of the consultant HCM is Collect and document HR Business requirements. Oversee and implement the required Oracle Module to meet the business requirements. Liaise between the HR, Payroll departments and the External Oracle implementer
Principal Accountabilities
Functional:
• Support the Team Lead in analyzing business requirements, create Taleo initiatives list and set priorities
• Collect and analyze business requirements for Taleo initiatives and map them with the HCM modules
• Prepare the solution design document
• Provide support to the business users related to Oracle Fusion HCM business cycles
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo modules
• Prepare data templates and Uploading master data and for new setup
• Prepare testing scenarios, write test scripts user guides and Conduct user training
• Support user in adoption and utilization of the system
• Troubleshoot the Oracle Taleo applications and open SRs
• Work with the technical team to correct issues in the extended application
• Prepare the business requirement for reports and dashboards and validate the outcomes
• Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance
• Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mis and has experience in HCM
• 5 years’ experience in oracle and 3 years in oracle fusion SAAS applications
• Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English
• Minimum of 2 years client relationship and technology industry delivery experience
• Minimum of 2 years hands on delivery of oracle HCM solutions
• Minimum of 2 years of oracle cloud data solutioning delivery
• Minimum of 1 year of business process/requirement gathering, blueprint and pre-sales
• Proficient in MS office suites
