We are currently looking to hire Factory Manager having minimum 10 years experience in managing and handling factory matters for corrugated box factory and carton, packaging industry to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
To administer all factory matters and will liaise with management for implementation of their guidelines.
To supervise Sales manager’s activities and would approve sales price.
To review cost of production and work to minimize inventory cost.
To supervise procurement of paper and other inputs.
To monitor and approve overtime if necessary for production.
To inspect account activities to ensure as per company policy.
Authorized for hiring and firing with approval of Management
Take care for factory equipment
Keep proper communication with clients
Open and pleasant character, with excellent communication abilities.
Understanding stakeholder needs.
Ability for traveling within KSA and abroad.
Ability of organizing and handle conflicts
Fluency in English language and Arabic languages is must
Educational Qualification:
University Degree (Preference Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent education
Special Training / Skill in Leadership/Supervision/Management
