الوصف الوظيفي -Ensures all Project Documentation is stored ,conforms and captured within the Project Configuration Register. - Ensures that Project Documentation is communicated per the Project Communication Plan. - Communicates to Direct Report missing Project Documentation for resolution. 2. Project Status Meeting Management: - Scheduling of Weekly and Monthly Status Meeting. - Capturing and Producing Minutes of Meeting for Status Reporting. - Distribution/Publishing of Minutes of Meeting for Status Reporting per the Communications Plan. 3. Project Action Item List Management: -Capturing Project Action Item in Project Action Item Registry. - Updating the Project Action Item Registry as information is made available from responsible person. - Determining status of Open Project Action Items in a timeous fashion. - Reporting back to Project Management of the Project Action Items. 4. Project Financial Management: - Deliver TCC Invoice to Client. - Track Client Invoicing and track Subcontractor Payments. 5. Project Scheduling (Planning): - Assists Direct Report in the tasks required to deliver a comprehensive Project Schedule in compliance with the approved PMO Project Planning Process. 6. Project Procurement: - Track Project Procurement per approved Project Procurement Plan. 7. Project Tracking: - Capture Task Status in Project Schedule. - Inform Direct Report if there are issues related to Task Tracking. 8. Project Risk Management: - Inform Direct Report of Risks Identified within the Project and determine remediation strategies. - Capture all Project Risks (Internal and External) in the approved Risk Management System. 9.
