الوصف الوظيفي You and your team will be ensuring smooth running of each company’s financial department and your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following: • Daily bank and cash reconciliation across the company, preparation of 1-3 month rolling cash forecasts, regular accounts receivable reporting to management, and payments to suppliers. • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports, Analysis of the books thereon, and reporting to management. • Preparing the annual budget and contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy. • Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues. • Acting as the primary contact within the company with the auditors and completion of the audited financial statements. • Producing adhoc reports and accounts as required by management. • Managing and monitoring the performance of the department. • Developing the framework required for integration of multiple company accounts for convenient reporting. Basic Function: The CFO is accountable for the financial environment and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to safeguard and preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Principal accountabilities are: Planning: 1. Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. 2. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. 3. Develop financial and tax strategies. 4. Manage the capital expenditure request and budgeting processes. 5. Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction. Operations: 1. Assist in key decisions making as for executive management team. 2. Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team. 3. Manage the accounting, tax, and treasury departments. 4. Manage any third parties to which accounting, or finance functions have been outsourced. 5. Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems. 6. Implement operational best practices. 7. Oversee employee benefit plans, with emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package. Financial Information: 1. Oversee the issuance of financial information. 2. Personally review and approve all filings with the relevant authorities. 3. Report financial results to the board of directors. Risk Management 1. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile. 2. Construct and monitor reliable control systems. 3. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage. 4. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. 5. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. 6. Report risk issues to the board of directors. 7. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations. Funding: 1. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. Third Parties: 1. Maintain banking relationships. 2. Help the management represent the company with investment bankers and investors. المهارات 1. Have proven experience as a CFO, ideally in a project-based business. 2. Ideally have a master’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. 3. Have a high level of written and oral communication skills both in English and Arabic. Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations. 4. Possess demonstrated competency with Oracle Fusion. 5.
