Control Tower Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Manage the entire account and operation by planning and implementing agreed strategies and procedures related to the control tower to ensure improvement in scheduled service and performance whilst managing control tower costs. Provide reliable and secure transport scheduling service to the projects, contractors and sub-contractors with full end to end visibility of status, progress and reporting. Responsible for people process, performance and customer relation.

المهارات
Experience in Supply Chain planning and inventory planning.
Supervisory or Management experience in a logistics environment.
Demonstrable record of service improvement.
Customer relationship management skills.
