- Team management in a corporate environment & supply chain operation experiences.

- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

- Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills.

- Experience of staff supervision.

- PRINCE Certificate. (Required)

- PMP Certificate. (Required)
