Job Description
Responsible for compliance with all aspects of Saudi Labor Law and employment-related government regulations, in alignment with the head office in Dubai
Coordinate with banks, book keepers, lawyers and tax consultants for all aspects related to the local office in Saudi Arabia
Regularly inform the head office in Dubai regarding any upcoming changes in employment-related regulations in Saudi
Liaise with the relevant Saudi authorities (e.g. Labor, Immigration, etc.) for activities related with working / residents visas and other certificates or documents as per requirements
Support the head office in Dubai on recruitment and training activities
Timely renewal of medical insurance, including searching and negotiating with alternative suppliers, in coordination with the head office in Dubai
Regularly maintain the calendar of closures as per Saudi public holidays and client’s special closures, and communicate it to the associates in Saudi
Prepare, compile and archive personnel files and all other relevant documents (soft and hard copies) as per local requirements
Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Maintain office equipment and stationery supplies
Qualification requirements
Arabic native speaker and Fluent English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor or master degree in business administration or equivalent is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
At least 2 year experience in a similar role for a multinational company
