Senior Program Manager (ICT Infrastructure)

This is a remote role however regular travel to Saudi will be required.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Coordinate with project managers Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of projects. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Implement Project Monitoring & Control in coordination with the Project Director and align and interface with key stakeholders at the customer.
Develop the overall Design Management Plan for the project including: tools, templates, PM processes, logs, project directory, communications plan, integrated design approach, scheduling and reporting, document control procedures, QA/QC procedures, and risk management approach.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

المهارات
Experience Needed:

10-15 years experience in program management
Must have experience in delivering large ICT projects such as ICT master plans, large scale data centers, network design and implementation, fibre infrastructure deployment.
Preferred experience in managing complex projects related to large scale telecom infrastructure deployments (eg nationwide/citywide fibre deployment or smart cities infrastructure).
Ability to manage multiple complex streams and with strong client facing capabilities.
Excellent skills in Primavera/MS Project, MS PowerPoint and presentation skills, documentation systems (eg SharePoint), Excel and MS Word. PGMP certified, PMP or Prince 2. Bachelor’s in civil/electrical/computer engineering.
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
