Job Profile:
Candidate will manage the HR function to support company plans and needs. Candidate must be Saudi and have at least 7 of experience in IT or related sector with strong talent acquisition skills. Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Lead the Talent Acquisition function covering:
Qualified Candidates Sourcing and selection.
Facilitating new hire effective onboarding process.
Ensuring efficient and effective recruitment activities
Lead the Company Talents growth & Development
Lead & support the Performance Management to ensure highest possible cascading of company objectives to individual employees
Support managers in identifying and assessing individuals’ development & growth needs and plans.
Monitor staff development plans and provide needed training programs.
Establish effective partnerships with external agencies such as the HRDF to support staff development activities.
Manage the HR structure & Benefits Administration
Maintains and updates the company HR structure in line with company and industry developments.
Develops jobs profile and career paths to support individuals’ growth and development and reflect actual work requirements changes.
Recommend Jabs scale & benefits development to maintain company attractiveness as employer while maintaining competitiveness
Compliance
Ensure all personnel and HR matters are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Oversee Personnel Affairs
Oversee all matters related to personnel and ensure that all personnel activities are tracked and properly recorded including but not limited to vacations, attendance, and employment contract details, and provide periodic reports on all personal activities.
Address employee inquiries regarding the company’s HR policies and personnel affairs matters.
Coordinate the preparation of the annual manpower plan.
Oversee Government relations
Oversee government relations activities.
Oversee company accounts in government websites such as GOSI, MOL, MOFA, MOI and others.
Prepare periodic report outlining government relations activities and transactions.
Knowledge
In depth understanding of Human Resources functions such as talent acquisition, OD, Performance Management, training and development and personnel affairs management.
Strong experience and understanding of recruitment platforms and strategies
Background in training and development plans and resources
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations and best practices in industry
Exposure and good connection with government and other HR & Talents development initiatives
