الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities: · Creates media marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules ·Ensures brand consistency in marketing and digital/social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management ·Designs and oversee all aspects of media marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. ·Plans and manage all media platforms. ·Promote products, services and content over all media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and media strategy ·Executions of all media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for echo gravity and echo gravity’s clients. ·Manages the media marketing strategy for echo gravity and echo gravity’s clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare. ·Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources ·Conducts market research to determine local market requirements and take actions, according to client needs ·Monitors, analyse, and evaluate market trends, user behavior, and competitor activity, according to client industry needs ·Launches marketing plan and content across all media channels including Websites, Mobile, Social Media, Email, and the latest emerging Online Media ·Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. ·Manages a budget to be spent on promoting media posts ·Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. ·Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs. ·Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns and new project ·Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) ·Report and escalate to management as needed ·Maintains and keep updates all media channel (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.) ·Coordinates with HR to identify hire of new talent as per division requirement. ·Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments ·Use and continually develop leadership skills ·Provides training and guidance to team members on all media implementation best practices and strategies. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/media-marketing-manager-4151463/ |
