IT Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
advising on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas
meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
Answering any technical questions the client might have
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (3 Years)
Proficiency in English & Arabic
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
