We are offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Retail Coordinator to join us in KSA. This role will be based at our brand new Faisalliah boutique and will be reporting directly to the Director - Retail & Trade for Middle East & Africa.
Your role in the Tiffany Legacy.
In this position, you will be a key interface between the KSA stores and the Head office teams in ensuring that communication and support is delivered in a timely, relevant and concise way.
In this role your duties will be, but not limited to:
STORE SUPPORT
Arrange uniform fittings for new starters as well as staff that require new uniforms. Manage and coordinate all leaver’s uniforms to be returned to TCO.
Update Sharepoint site with necessary information on a regular basis, including Store Rotas.
Spend adequate time in stores to support the needs of the business.
Local first point of contact for Retail Mall Management. Share insights with relevant department heads and Director - Retail & Trade.
Manage Store calendar ensuring visits are timely and team in stores are customer focused.
Create all Retail updates presentations for monthly and quarterly store manager meetings.
Partner with UAE Retail Coordinator to ensure the annual and festive retail meetings power point presentations are prepared.
ADMINISTRATION
Support the Analytical requirements as directed by the Director - Retail & Trade.
Support the Analytical needs of the stores – ad hoc reporting requests, support Business Objects query requests etc.
Cascade all relevant VOC information to the retail team. Attend any centrally driven conference calls regarding VOC.
Follow up with all stores on weekly updates ensuring information is collected and shared with Director - Retail & Trade every Sunday lunchtime.
Create and Save all relevant reports on the MEA share point. Ensure all relevant accesses are given and any management leavers are deleted from share point accesses.
Collate any relevant commercial information from all Retail stores to ensure any collation requests are achieved on time and of quality for Director - Retail & Trade.
Track commission for all retail teams.
Incentives – work hand in hand with the Director - Retail & Trade regarding Incentive launches, communication to stores, collecting the data and ensuring a regular follow up is done.
Collate High value transactions and provide information to Finance, HR and Retail - ensure the BO reports and match with store receipts.
Kronos Management – tracking attendance and analysis and updating Director - Retail & Trade of opportunities for improvement of scheduling to maximise productivity.
New starters collateral – coordinate with HR and Store Managers regarding all necessary introductions for new starters, including pins, pens, name badges and business card orders locally.
Create, share and Translate any Retail communications for store teams.
Manage retail calendar and book appointments for Director - Retail & Trade as required locally.
Order store refreshments and non stock requirements.
Translations and letter writing as and when required for Director - Retail & Trade.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized, self-starter; strong initiative; prioritization skills; multi-tasker; calm demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to work within a confidential environment.
Flexible and adaptable.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
