Role & Responsibilities:
1 Achieve sales targets set by Head of Sales in defines territory and target segments.
2 Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated customers. Build detailed customer database and target them with promo visits, brochures etc. to drive sales.
3 Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and resolved timely manner.
4 Coordinate with operations/workshop departments to ensure adherence to SLA’s.
5 Ensure timely order fulfillment as per the given commitment handover all documentations pertaining to Rentals/Leases such as Vehicles contracts and agreements to the Sales Coordinator.
6 Follow up all government departments, oil and gas companies, contractors, semi-government and private sectors in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi for rental deals.
7 Dealing with logistics for pricing, requesting competitive prices and pursue the delivery schedule.
8 Establishing, organizing, planning and setting targets for individual activities.
9 Assuring of delivering vehicles ate exact time as planned.
10 Assuring that sales targets are satisfied and if targets are not realized a written explanation is prepared and submitted to Management.
11 Improving the skills and give a good feedback and knowledge about competitors.
12 Building a strong relationship with existing customers.
13 Visiting clients at their different locations such as Al Ain, Western Region etc.
14 Maintaining and Developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
15 Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
16 Acting as a contact between company and its existing and potential markets.
17 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
18 Gathering market and customer information.
19 Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
20 Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with Managers
21 Liaising with Sales Coordinator to check the progress of existing orders.
22 Weekly written sales reports to Sales Manager.
23 Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
24 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations in consultation with the Sales Manager.

Responsible for the implementation of HQSE Policy within their area of control.
To ensure all safety risks and environmental aspects in their area of responsibility are identified.
Become familiar with and abide by applicable QHSE rules & procedures.
Enforce the QHSE rules & procedures in the area of control.
Perform regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys with customer
Immediately report all accidents, incidents, occupational illness & environmental
incidents regardless of its severity to the line supervisor
Effectively participate in incident investigations and ensure the proposed corrective / preventive actions are completed in time.
Address hazards, which may result in an injury, illness, or an emergency and initiate a permanent solution to the unsafe condition in coordination with the responsible people.
