Enhance the digital channels UX/UI and increase the customer satisfactions.
Receive and review business requirements from different business functions and insure proper implementation including conducting UAT.
Report technical issues and ensure proper resolution.
Review processes and procedures implemented within digital channels and insure alignments and consistency with other service channels.
Review customer’s feedback and provide recommendations.
Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, Mobile App and social media)
Manage digital projects
Generate innovative ideas to increase digital channels traffic
Suggest new optimization methods to improve customer experience
Create and manage digital channel contents.
Enhance CX in digital channels and ensure to implement the updated customer journey.
