Act as a Trusted Business Partner to Line Managers in own area of expertise, consulting, driving strategy and monitoring efficient implementation for agreed activities.
Ensure the business have full support with HR programs and resolve any issues that might occur.
Lead the design, communication and implementation of HC strategies and programs by assessing the options from business implication perspectives.
Develops and implements HR policies and programs ensuring alignment with the organizational needs and compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable local and international standards.
Lead specific projects related to own area of responsibility.
Continually develop expertise in sectorial or technical area of responsibility.
Produces report (management and ad hoc) that highlights implications of actions and recommend innovative ways forward.
Ensure the HR programs are implemented with appropriate communication and change management.
Supports business leaders to resolve issues that might occur with their HC policies and procedures.
Project sizing
Provide guide to all employees of NWC regard to HR related matters.
