Identify and document requirements required for multichannel projects
Confidently communicate with your customer and technical teams
Follow best practice and company processes
المهارات
Experience of gathering requirements and writing functional documentation
Good communication skills, with both customers and technical teams
Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of large, multichannel projects in areas such as Banking, Insurance or Public Sector, would be beneficial.
